Base PackageThe Base package includes three ready to use document templates for printing - Invoice, Purchase Order and Order Acknowledgement. All we need to do is drop in your custom logo and address and you are up and running. Additional templates are available at an additional charge. The Base Package pricing is $6,995 plus annual software maintenance and support, which includes free software upgrades. Pro PackageThe Pro Package includes Base Package plus JetTrac OutputDirector which gives you the ability to fax, email, web delivery and/or index and create archive documents in PDF format. With JetTrac OutputDirector you can do things like: Send Grouped Documents (Batches) to Multiple Locations, Automatic name PDF for electronic distribution, Emails documents via formatted HTML, Look-up distribution data for document recipients and much more. The Pro Package pricing is $11,995 plus annual software maintenance and support, which includes free software upgrades.
For the Base and the Pro Package, the cost of the license does not include installation, implementation and training services. The cost of these services depends on each customers unique requirements and environment. You will need a minimum of a ten hour Implementation Support Plan which provides for ten hours of remote consulting, installation, configuration and training.
